We believe that every photo tells a story, and our mission is to help you capture and cherish those special moments in a lasting way.

You can upload images from any of your devices however we suggest using high resolution images for best results.

We advise against using copyrighted images without permission. Please ensure you have the right to use and reproduce any images uploaded for custom magnets.

Please note: Custom Magnet Co reserves the right to cancel any order which contains images which may be deemed offensive - this can include pornographic or sexually explicit images or those with reference to criminal activity.

- Select photos that are taken in natural or bright light, or those which have used a flash. Avoid dark images.

- Choose images with backgrounds that are not too busy to showcase the focal point better

- Choose images with a high resolution of at least 300 PPI.

- Review each image to ensure it is placed and cropped correctly to fit within the live area of the magnet, allowing a 2mm border which will wrap around the side of the magnet. If images are not cropped during ordering, cropping will be at Custom Magnet Co's discretion.

Unfortunately, as our magnets are unique, personalised to you, orders cannot be changed once placed as production for your order may have already commenced.

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address when you place your order. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking information will be updated within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping and delivery are processed through Australia Post.

We strive to have your order fulfilled within 2 business days - If you need your order urgently, you can contact us, and we can try our best to complete as soon as possible.
