Shipping policy

PRODUCTION TIME 
We aim to process and prepare all orders for shipping within 2 business days from receiving your order. Please note that during peak times we may require additional processing time.

SHIPPING
We ship Australia wide with Australia Post.

Our standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $5.99 and we offer free shipping for orders over $60. If you need your item that little bit faster, we offer express shipping for $14.99.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information which you can use to track the status of your delivery. Delivery times will vary based on your location. 

DELAYS
Custom Magnet Co are not responsible for delays which affect delivery time once your order has been shipped. In times of high demand, sales and holidays please order with extra time to allow for delays beyond our control.  

We will not be held responsible for: 
- Orders lost in transit
- Damage to orders by postal service
- Wrong addresses provided by customers
- Stolen packages after delivery
